Rio 2016 Olympics have unveiled the Games pictograms, the first time all Olympic and Paralympic sports are represented. The pictograms have been created by and in house team set up to deal with Rio 2016 graphics projects, and are inspired by the Games typeface, which was created by Dalton Maag.
The pictograms are placed in pebble shapes, which are influenced by the 'characteristic of Rio 2016’s visual language’ according to the team, although they can be used both inside and outside the pebbles and in any colour.
To celebrate Frank Lampard’s landmark achievement adidas unveiled a live 3D infographic at Stamford Bridge which brings to life each of his 203 club record goals tally. In the film, we see Lampard walk through his top 10 all-time goals, calling out classic moments such as his first Premier League goal for Chelsea at home to Bolton in 2001 and his most recent record-breaking goal against Aston Villa.
